This is one of the cheapest vacation trip again. This time I decided to vacation at Solo, Yogyakarta, Bandungan, Semarang and Tuban. I think it's more like a religious or historical trips :D And also I try their traditional foods. I like "bakmi jowo" at Semarang so much. Hot noodle soup with tomato, egg and chicken. So damn delicious !
Day 1
I started my vacation at 9 a.m with my aunts and my grandma. From Surabaya we headed to Solo first. This trip takes 7 hours away and we're lucky because we were quite swing road.

Because our time is quite short, we immediately to Yogyakarta. Only 2 hours away and we arrived in Yogyakarta. Our dinner is lesehan in Malioboro street. Yogyakarta is truly a city of street artists. Their vocal and music seems too good to be only a street singer. And the first day of our journey ends here.
Day 2
The schedule : Prambanan Temple > Kaliurang > Malioboro
I love Prambanan so much. Very exotic temple ! I get a lot of nice pictures there. The weather is too hot and can change our skin to instant. But I don't care, 'cause the sun produces a lot of beautiful photos and it's also better than the rain :p

Prambanan Temple
See ! After a few hundred years ago this temple only once in the repair. Namely in 1932.
And this tree, I don't know why when I see I instantly fell in love. Like describe the loneliness so deep.
Prambanan done, we went to Kaliurang after that. From Prambanan we takes almost 2 hours. We through rural atmosphere that is still beautiful. It's just we were actually very disappointed, because there is no beautiful landscapes as much as expected . But it's okay, at least we know what kind of Kaliurang :)
After Kaliurang we back to the central of Yogyakarta. And it's time for shopping guys! Our hotel is very close with Malioboro street. Only 3 minutes! So, enjoy the time! Oh ya, for your information you must try pempek Ny. Kamto at Malioboro street. We're shopping until the booths closed :p In Malioboro street and Bringhardjo market has a variety of batik clothes, ethnic accessories made of brass, leather bags and soon. And all the stuff is pretty cheap. IT ALL MAKE ME CRAZY GUYS !!!!
After Kaliurang we back to the central of Yogyakarta. And it's time for shopping guys! Our hotel is very close with Malioboro street. Only 3 minutes! So, enjoy the time! The schedule : Borobudur Temple > Bandungan > Semarang
Borobudur Temple has very good ornament. I'm very appreciate to all people who build the temple. When we come and enter the temple, first of all, we must using batik cloth to preserve our culture.

After Borobudur Temple we went to Bandungan. But before we arrived in Bandungan, we stopped at Ambarawa to enjoy durian. In Bandungan we had stopped in Songo Temple. Why Songo? Songo it's mean 9 in Java language and there are 9 small temples with a background of green mountain. In Bandungan famous for soy milk and tempe gembos. So delicious fitted with a cold atmosphere on the hill.
After Bandungan we takes almost 2 hours and arrived in Semarang. In this city the center of our kuliner trip. We ate Bakmi Jowo Pak Doel in Mataram Street for dinner.
Day 4
Today is our last day :( In the morning we went to old city of Semarang. I love the architecture of the buildings so much.

After old city of Semarang we went to Sam Poo Kong Temple. One of famous and biggest temple in Indonesia. when we enter the gate, the atmosphere made us feel like at China. So amazing!
Our trip almost end ! Now, we are on the way back to Surabaya through Pantura. From Semarang we stopped in Kudus for lunch. After that we stopped at Pati for ate Nasi Gandul, one of traditional food from Pati. There's rice with meet and some santan soup. Delicious but too sweet for me. From Pati we stopped again in Tuban for visited one of the famous and biggest temple too in Indonesia. Kwan Sing Bio Temple. This temple overlooking to the sea.
I just need Rp 1.000.000 for this trip. That's my simple, cheap but unforgettable vacation :) Thanks for read and to see my another photos you can open my facebook or my flicker. :D
